2. Don't skimp on your drink!
While the classic mimosas is always a great go-to, we've been playing around with crafting cocktails that are just as pretty and delicious with or without the booze. The below creation is quick to mix up and perfect for casually sipping on a Saturday. To step up your weekend game, add a splash of your favorite liquor.
3. Set your table, or a buffet for that matter!
There's something to be said about sitting down for breakfast -- it's a luxury that not many of us get to do during our busy work weeks! Whether you're setting a table or a buffet, we always like to elevate our tablescape with some fresh flowers. Here in our NC home we've prepped our Pineapple Street Credenza for a boozy brunch. At 68"L, she offers up ample tabletop space for styling and serving, whether she be used for a chic sideboard or a bountiful buffet.

As with many of you, our weekdays consist of a delicate and continuously unpredictable juggling act of managing full-time jobs, a rowdy toddler and our sanity. Although we feel like we are mastering the art of the multi-task, we've come to cherish our Saturdays -- where they start off slow and allow us to take a step back and enjoy our time together.
1. Start with something yummy!
From pancakes to poached eggs, try something new or stick with the tried and true! This spring brunch recipe by Naturally Ella is next on our list to try -- Buttered radishes with a poached egg and scallions on toast, sign us up!

Strawberry, Cucumber & Lime Cooler
Blend cucumbers, strawberries, lime juice, water (& liquor) until there are no visible chunks of fruits. Strain the contents, pressing the fruit to get the most of the flavors. Sweeten with agave, add ice, and garnish with a cucumber slice and a fresh strawberry.
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and roughly chopped
12 oz. strawberries
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
4 cups cold water
1/4 cup agave
1 shot of your favorite liquor (optional!)
4. Get the whole family involved.
We've loved incorporating melamine dinnerware into our everyday routine. Our Society Social Charlotte glazed & beaded offerings are not only beautiful, they're also super functional and perfect for families with little ones! Austen always has such fun "serving herself" and there's no worry on our end when we decide to dine alfresco and carry our plates to the patio.
