60 Seconds to Happy Hour: The Perfect Cocktail for an End of the Summer Soirée!
As summer comes to an end and fall approaches, you may be dreaming of the ever-so-basic pumpkin spice latte. Think again! Here at Society Social we have concocted a refreshing drink to commemorate the close of denim cutoffs, patio parties, and warm weather! We have taken the classic gin rickey cocktail and made it our own by adding Belvoir Elderflower Cordial! These dainty drinks come in a variety of fun flavors and make the best mixers!

Our version of a classic with a botanical twist!
2oz gin (we prefer Hendrick’s!)
1oz Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
1 lime

Mint
Club Soda
Muddle mint and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and pour in gin and cordial. Shake well then pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda to taste. Garnish with a wedge of lime and sprig of mint! Serve on a fun Society Social tray and enjoy with your fave babes!
