Sensibly Chic Styling With Designer, Molly Basile Interiors
Meet Molly!
Molly Basile of
Molly Basile Interiors is an interior decorator and stylist who describes her style as thoughtfully traditional with an eclectic modern flair. With her southern roots, Molly appreciates a fresh, clean approach with comfort and practicality top of mind. She seeks inspiration from travel and experiences, incorporating vibrant colors and interesting layers into her work. Whether it’s starting with a blank canvas or re-purposing existing pieces, turning a house into an inviting home is her passion. From a young age, Molly has enjoyed curating beautiful spaces and credits her mother for teaching her the foundation of how to create a collected, well styled and sensibly chic home. Molly lives in Charleston, SC with her husband, Jeff, and their dog, Lou.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Molly as she sourced our classic Newport Grasscloth Parsons Table to infuse a bit of natural texture in this gorgeous living room refresh. Scroll below for Molly's design tips, favorite interior designers and to see which 5 things she's loving right now!
Molly's Design Tip:
Always incorporate personal treasures and artwork. Your home should be a reflection of you and your unique experiences. Curating a collected design is a process – be patient. Scale is another element that is key to creating a visually pleasing design. Always measure twice!
