In his new series, Nick Mele juxtaposes the nostalgic charm of vintage board games with the tactile elegance of hands draped in heirloom jewelry and watches. The worn edges of game pieces meet the polished curves of treasured accessories, creating a sometimes humorous dialogue between past and present, frivolity and sophistication. It's a playful nod to how time is marked, both by the ticking of a clock and the turn of a game piece, all while those hands, ever so deliberately poised, remind us that style is just another game.
