- This item will arrive via Threshold Delivery which includes delivery of the item fully packaged to the first available dry area
- Natural: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase 7 days after receipt of the order in its original packaging for the value of the merchandise. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the full outbound shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be initiated upon the receipt of the merchandise as long as the item is still in new condition.

Do you offer finish samples?
Yes, we offer finish samples of our natural grasscloth here. As we offer over 2000+ color options, we do not offer paint samples. We highly recommend visiting your local paint or hardware store to source a paint sample of the colors you are considering. It is always a good idea to see the colors in your own space before making a final decision!
How is my paint selection applied to the piece?
Your paint selection will be applied on top of the natural grasscloth material using commercial grade finishing equipment. This piece is given 2 coats of VOC-free, non-toxic, exterior and furniture grade paint. As an environmentally friendly brand, we use a water-based finish, we do not finish this piece with a lacquer.
