"Roxy and the Society Social team created the perfect bedroom furnishing piece in their Rattan Two Tiered Nightstand. With a height of 30” it is an ideal pairing for any bed and has the perfect depth for a large lamp to sit atop with any reading materials to sit beside. The deeper and open shelf below is beautiful for styling purposes and offers a light and airy feel while still functioning as a nightstand. I love that you can pick from any of their gorgeous colors in the line, but also can request a custom color which is so helpful as a designer. I’ve used this piece in a kid's bedroom, but I also think it works beautifully in a guest room or primary suite. It is really well constructed and the paint finish is really high quality." Driven by design and inspired by the beauty of life at home, our creative director and founder, Roxy, works closely with our factory teams over the course of months, dreaming and drafting up our in-house collection, choosing materials, and perfecting and pouring over functional dimensions and design. Each batch is made in small rounds of production, never mass produced, and based on the product, available in hundreds of custom finishes. You'll find unique furniture inspired by history updated in pops of color and all our favorite materials: wicker, grasscloth, and rattan.

How is paint applied to the piece?
The paint will be applied using commercial grade finishing equipment. This piece is given 2 coats of VOC-free, non-toxic, exterior and furniture grade paint. As an environmentally friendly brand, we use a water-based finish, we do not finish this piece with a lacquer.
