- This item will arrive via White Glove Delivery which includes unpacking, removal of debris, and placement in room of choice
- If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase 7 days after receipt of the order in its original packaging for the value of the merchandise. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the full outbound shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be initiated upon the receipt of the merchandise as long as the item is still in new condition.

What do I need to know about grasscloth as a material?
The grasscloth used on this piece is a natural and handmade product. As with any natural material, variations in color, texture and weave are standard. These variations are inherent characteristics of the material and add beautiful character to this piece. Claims and damages will not be considered for the aforementioned.
Can this style be custom color finished?
We do not offer custom color finishing on this piece as we've found that the function of a coffee table and the delicate nature of painted grasscloth are not compatible -- coffee tables are typically placed in high traffic areas with lots of daily use. With that said, this piece is only available in natural grasscloth.
